1. Return Policy
At Phoebe Workshop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. Refund Process
Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), all refunds are processed in cash upon return verification. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will arrange a cash refund through a mutually agreed method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personalized products or used items, are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
