  • Payment must be made in cash when the product is delivered.

  • Processing takes 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable or if incorrect customer details are provided.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Products are shipped via trusted courier services.
  • Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days based on your location.
  • As a COD service, customers must ensure cash is available upon delivery.
  • Failed deliveries due to unavailability or wrong address will be rescheduled, but may delay the order.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Return requests beyond 7 days will not be processed.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are made in cash only, after inspecting the returned item.
  • Customers will be contacted to arrange cash refunds once returns are verified.
